The Archive is our private resource hub, exclusively available to Vault clients and members. It includes curated templates, frameworks, legal tools, and communication assets designed to support brand growth, structure, and protection.
4. Do you offer one-off design services?
We offer select standalone services, but most of our work is delivered through comprehensive brand packages or ongoing partnerships. This ensures strategic consistency and the highest quality outcome for your brand.

Every project begins with a discovery phase to understand your business, goals, and audience. From there, we develop a tailored brand strategy and creative direction plan before moving into design, refinement, and implementation. 7. How do I become a member of The Archive?

Yes. We offer brand management and advisory services to help maintain consistency, oversee execution, and support ongoing brand decisions.s post-launch or post-refresh.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rush Requests & Fees
Definition: A “rush request” is any project or task requiring a turnaround within 1–2 business days.
Additional Fees: If our team is able to accommodate a rush request, we charge an additional $25 per hour on top of our standard rate.
Start Time: Billing for rush requests begins the moment our team starts working on the file, responds to emails, or otherwise engages with your request
2. Project Objectives & File Delivery
Efficiency: To help us make the best use of your time (and ours), please provide clear project objectives and all necessary files or assets upfront.
Communication: Delays or multiple file deliveries may result in additional billable hours.
3. Respect & Conduct
Dignity & Respect: We expect all parties to treat our team members with courtesy and professionalism.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any contract if our team experiences harassment, disrespectful behavior, or otherwise unacceptable conduct.
4. Transparency & Collaboration
Honest Dialogue: We believe in open, honest communication as the cornerstone of our partnership.

5. Acceptance of Terms
Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions become effective upon signature of the contract or engagement in any paid service.
